Im under so much stress and seriously am in overload, how do you guys deal with stress?

I stared into the shadows and multiple pairs of eyes stared back at me, the lowest ten feet off the ground one or two where far higher in the air and that made all the reasoning of the looming shadow below it belong to the figure the eyes sat upon. My eyes widen a large scaly leg reached out of the shadows, claws glistening, razor sharp, they flexed and white teeth appeared below the eyes making the dark seem brighter, but it didn't make the monsters go away. The heavy foot landed and the creature strode forward, as did the others small and big, muscles moved beneath scale, liquid and smooth like the rolling waves. They were so beautiful yet It showed how deadly they could be. My muscle twitched, I tried to move, I couldn't, I was going to die...for I was in the presence of dragons..."

I tend to withdraw into myself and listen to music, draw, read, or write. If it's really bad I may poof from online things like rp sites or facebook for prolonged periods of time too. :/

To deal with stress I just try to get away from the thing I'm stressing about, although that thing tends to tests from school. Last week we had to take a test that was 100 questions in about 54 minutes and that was stressful enough because I already had a 'low' grade in that class. I just tried to calm myself down with breaths and good thoughts and things, and if you're at home I usually just draw or listen to music like Rii said. Although, sometimes drawing can get me even more stressed because of when I can't draw it like I want to.

To be honest, there is really not great way to get rid of stress. Some people might just run or do some exercise to get rid of it while others seclude themselves and do things for themselves. Not thinking about it or maybe even hanging out with friends could be a way also. I guess you just have to figure out what's good for you.

Thanks, my issue is more pertaining to at home, more at my older sister and her tribe(4 kids). Again im blowing my top for another reason from today.



I go and draw or listen to music but still im going over the edge, I just cant take it anymore. I gotta go reply to my recent topics(if I make it there), and I think im going to take a good break from everything. Dealing with a concussion and her crap is too much.

Controlled aggression, turn frustration into fuel and vent it out at the Gym. After some deadlifts then a nice shower you'll be right mellowed out. Give it a shot.
